How the program works:
Metabolic Screening: We begin the program by establishing your baseline metabolic health. This helps us understand your risk for developing heart disease, dementia, and certain types of cancer over the next several decades of life.
Nutrition: We guide your nutrition in order to build a healthy body from the inside out. We focus on eating whole-foods, avoiding ultra processed substitutes which have led to marked obesity and health decline around the world.
Exercise: Our training program is designed to increase strength and lean muscle mass, reduce body fat, and restore cardiovascular fitness. This is not a cookie cutter, one size fits all program. We recognize that people have different abilities and design a program in which you can succeed.
Accountability: A key component of our program is accountability. We work closely with each participant, ensuring they stay on track and remain motivated. This personalized support is crucial for maintaining the changes necessary for a healthier lifestyle.
